About MY04 Consulting

Margaret Finnegan - MY04 Consulting

MY04 Consulting is headed up by Margaret Finnegan and provides professional, cost-effective, part-time finance director and business consultant services to SMEs helping to deliver improved profitability through increased efficiency and appropriate management tools.

Margaret has built up a wealth of experience throughout her career working in a variety of sectors including IT, media, property, retail and leisure. As a Chartered Accountant, Margaret has worked in organisations of varying sizes from start-ups to multi-national groups including The Forte Group, Viasat Broadcasting, Sky and Verint Systems. Her passion is to help companies grow and her skills are best suited to SMEs requiring hands-on and practical business focused financial support acting as a part-time CFO or engaged as an interim finance director.

When establishing MY04 Consulting, Margaret recognised that many SMEs need strong financial support and, as the UK and world economies continue to experience difficulties, this need is ever present for existing companies and recent start ups.

Despite recognising their skills and knowledge gap, in the absence of a financial director within their organisational structure, many companies cannot justify the cost of a permanent or full-time CFO and this is how MY04 Consulting can provide cost-effective and unique services tailored to a business’s requirements.
