About MY04 Consulting

Headed by Margaret Finnegan, MY04 Consulting is a new consultancy practice providing professional, cost effective, part time Finance Director services to SME’s.

When establishing the company Margaret recognised that many SME’s needed strong financial support, particularly at a time when the economy was in decline, to ensure they were able to ‘ride the storm’ and grow in a sustained and profitable manner.

Margaret is a commercially orientated finance professional with experience of working in a variety of sectors including IT, media, property, retail and leisure. She is a Chartered Accountant and  has worked in organisations of varying sizes from start-ups to multi-national groups including The Forte Group, Viasat Broadcasting, Sky and Verint Systems. Her passion is to help companies grow and her skills are best suited to SME’s requiring hands-on, practical, business focused financial support.

Throughout her career Margaret has acquired effective man management skills and has led and developed teams ranging in size from 2 to 38. She is also a particularly strong team player and enjoys interacting with senior management in supporting strategic decision making processes as well as providing timely and relevant management information.
